Minimum $20MM equity raise; typical project size is $60MM+.
We consider all asset classes, with a preference for ground-up multifamily developments and healthcare facilities (ALFs and SNFs) in geographically compelling areas.
Strong track record and accomplished management team is required.
Preliminary due diligence items performed by client prior to our engagement include a market feasibility study, appropriate zoning and permits obtained, and a thoughtful business plan.
